Come and enjoy your favourite Artisan classics as Project Artisan rises from the ashes
Following the devastating fire we faced at the beginning of December, we have been working hard to re-open Project Artisan. Our resilient team has been working tirelessly around the clock – cleaning, fixing, preparing, ordering (the list goes on!) - and we are so grateful for their dedication and can-do attitude. During the early days we couldn’t even imagine getting to this stage, but we were able to successfully deliver two pre-booked events at the weekend and are pleased to now be re-open to everyone.
So come enjoy a table under the stars in our open front garden where you can choose your favourite dishes from our Artisan Classics menu and drinks from our pop-up bar. Same passion, same vibes! We have also transformed our existing retail spaces at the front of Project Artisan into stylish indoor dining areas.
We still have a long way to go and there is still much work to be done to the existing restaurant, but we are hopeful for the future.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU - The amount of messages, love, support and help (both financial and physical) that we have received from our island community and across the world, has been so humbling. To all our staff – you are truly AMAZING and we are so grateful for all your hard work. While this was a totally devastating event, it has shown us how much Project Artisan means to everyone and given the whole team the motivation to get ourselves back up and running as soon as possible.
We might not have been able to thank you all directly yet, but please know that all your support has been so appreciated, and we couldn’t have re-opened without you!
